In P Quattro, the Motivi Infantili (Childhood Motifs) collection by Remoi continues its investigation into the purity of the mark, using color and form as tools for a conscious regression toward a primordial expressiveness. In this work, the artist moves away from the delicacy of the ochre seen in Suono Volante to immerse himself in a vibrant chromatic passion, where red becomes the stage for an essential graphic dance.

The background is an explosion of magenta and carmine red, applied with vertical, textural brushstrokes that reveal glimpses of solar yellow, as if the canvas were illuminated from within. Against this fiery surface stands the central motif: a figure resembling a stylized "P" or a goblet, traced with a sharp, rubbery black line that seems to float above the color. The black stroke is doubled and highlighted by a thin, thread-like white line—a technical detail that adds three-dimensionality to the mark, transforming it from a simple drawing into a two-dimensional sculptural object.
